3. Qualification evaluation

The Winsir team evaluates franchisees based on dimensions such as brand awareness, market capability, and financial strength.  

4. On site inspection

Franchisees go to the headquarters for inspection, or Winsir's team goes to the local area for market research and store evaluation.  

5. Contract preparation

Sign a franchise contract, determine the store location and decoration plan (to be executed according to Vincent's unified standards).  

6. Materials and Training

Winsir provides hard supporting items such as shelves, light boxes, color cards, and product information, and conducts team training simultaneously.  

7. Opening and operation

The first batch of procurement is in place, and the headquarters has sent dedicated personnel to guide the opening and provide continuous market support.
