Winsir New Materials' 2021 Sustainable Development Report

In 2021, Winsir New Materials took solid steps in the field of new materials with "green innovation" as its core. We focus on cutting-edge technologies such as bio based leather and solid-state battery coatings to promote industrial upgrading and ecological sustainable development. This year, we built our first biobased material production line and established a cooperation between industry, academia, and research with Sichuan University to respond to global carbon neutrality goals through technological breakthroughs. In the future, Winsir will continue to be guided by "intelligent manufacturing+environmental friendliness" to create sustainable value for customers.


ESG Strategy and Management


Strategic framework: Guided by the United Nations SDGs, focusing on the three pillars of "green material research and development", "industry chain collaboration", and "compliance governance", setting a goal of green products accounting for over 50% by 2025.


Governance structure: Establish an ESG special group under the direct supervision of the board of directors, establish an environmental risk assessment mechanism, and conduct four supply chain environmental audits throughout the year.

Energy saving and emission reduction: By renovating the ventilation system in the production workshop, VOCs emissions were reduced by 40%.


Waste Management: Established a hazardous waste full life cycle traceability system, with a waste solvent recovery rate of 85%, and was awarded the title of "Clean Production Enterprise" in Shenzhen.
