1、 Product Introduction
WS-03 is the latest rubber wood/pine anti-corrosion and anti blue transformation formula developed by Vincent Company. It is a colorless and transparent liquid with an active substance content of 25%. It does not contain sodium pentachlorophenol or organic solvents and can be mixed with water in any ratio. It has good anti mold, anti blue discoloration, anti-corrosion and anti moth effects. After treatment, it does not change the color and texture of the wood, nor does it affect the paint and bonding performance.
WS-03 is mainly used for the long-term anti-corrosion treatment of rubber wood anti blue discoloration and solid wood products, and is also suitable for other broad-leaved wood and bamboo. When used in combination with traditional boric acid/borax formulas, it has a significant effect on anti-corrosion and anti blue discoloration of treated wood, and the density and whiteness of the treated wood can also meet the standards of imported products.
2、 Usage method
1. Freshly cut wood to prevent blue discoloration and mold growth
Mixing WS-03 with water at a ratio of 1 to 5 times and spraying/brushing/soaking the sawn timber ports can ensure that the sawn timber does not turn blue or mold for 15 days, fully guaranteeing that the sawn timber material that cannot be processed in a timely manner will not deteriorate.
Note: The ratio of water to be added can be adjusted according to the length of time it takes for the wood to be cut down and treated, or the different levels of climate and humidity. If the trees are cut down for a longer period of time before being treated in the factory and the air humidity is higher, the ratio of water to be added to WS-03 should be smaller. In addition, if soaking is chosen as the treatment method, the ratio of water to be added can be appropriately doubled compared to spraying and painting.
2. Long term anti-corrosion treatment of rubber wood (recommended vacuum pressure treatment method)
